Rita Vermeersch is the best literally and figuratively!! I'm handicapped and Rita made sure to look at properties on my behalf when I was not feeling up to it. She went above and beyond. She wrote a beautiful letter about my need for a new home and mailed it throughout the community for me. I've known Rita for 14 years and I pray that God gives us 14 more as friends. This current home is the 2nd home Rita has helped me buy; both times during a housing crisis!!!! She is just that good!!! She took care of me like a big sister and took time to teach me about the real-estate business as well. She immediately gained my trust 14 years ago and now I know I made the best decision to call on her again. When my son unexpectedly dropped out of the joint ownership deal Rita did not miss a beat and things continued on in the positive. Rita is kind intelligent compassionate professional patient and nurturing without pushing boundaries. Rita is the Rolls-Royce of realty; I felt like I had Tom Brady on my team. Mrs. Rita Vermeersch is a SUPER STAR! She helped me buy a condothen helped me sell that condo in two days 14:years later. And NOW she's helping me teach my son how to buy a new home. She is the best!
